The Only Place to Get Replacment Windows in Lincolnshire.

From the initial visit, where the representative spoke to both myself and my wife jointly, to the fact that there was no "We can do it for £x if you sign up now" or "we can do it for £x but let me phone my boss to see if there's a discount" was a bonus. To receive a detailed quote, listing each and every window as requested with seperate price was equally impressive.
The detailed survey was equally efficient, with the surveyor going through each and every window with us to ensure no errors.
Fact that we changed our minds with the design of the front door and jackson's accommodated it with no fuss.
The date of the installation was agreed easily with minium fuss
The installation was just incredible. Mike the fitter was excellent, absolutely zero damage to any indoor decoration. Fact that in 4 days he ripped out and replaced 2 doors and 12 doors was simply proffesionalism personified.

*UPDATE*
Just over 2 years on from the replacement slab being fitted and overnight the letterbox has fallen out of the door.
A composite door which is supposed to be more weatherproof than UPVC, and the letter box just fell out of it's own accord. The outer section is bolted to the inner and these fixings have worked themselves loose, clearly shows poor workmanship and poor quality products used.
We definitely will be taking out business elsewhere in the future.
**UPDATE**
11 Months on and we are awaiting a replacement door slab to be fitted and have been for the last 8 weeks. Still with no fitment date.
This far we've have to have the fitters out 6-8 times due to water coming in through the door, drafts and loose hinges.
The fitters always come out within about a week and are always helpful and leave us with an issue resolved.
We are hoping that we get a fitment date very soon but due to the issues we've had we've had to reduce our review.

We were reccomended Jacksons from a work colleague who's just had a new door fitted and was very pleased with the work. We've just used Jacksons to replaced a leaky arched front door. Whole process has been effortless and made very easy by the staff. Having an awkward shaped door they did for us what every other local company said they couldn't do.
Staff were great in explaining our options from the sales team to the surveyor who explained what would be best and even showed us what's been causing us issues with our old door.
Supply was much quicker than we had been estimated elsewhere especially seen as 3 window panels had to be custom template and made.
The fitter on the day was friendly and professional. Explaining a lot whilst he was carrying out the fitting. Everywhere was hoovered before he left and the place was spotless.
We had to contact about some adjustments needed on the door but the same fitter was out on the day of the call and the issue was rectified within 10 minutes.
We've ended up with a fantastic looking new 3 window arched door way and composite door.

We recently had a specially designed window replaced due to it blowing and condensing up. It was originally provided by Jackson’s  and became an attractive feature on our property and much admired so we contacted them again to design the replacement window. I recently had a new front and rear door fitted by Jackson windows and I cannot fault anything. The service from quote to measuring to fitting was so professional. Mike who fitted the doors took so much care into the work down to the clean up after.
The after care is also brilliant. Had small issue with letterbox, after contacting them and they had someone out the next day to sort it. Would recommend to anyone looking for replacing their doors/windows.
